When we receive an order from a customer, it is assumed that the customer has agreed to provide the details of the order and other information by e-mail, fax, or ordinary mail. Cloudot Co., Ltd. will confirm the details of your order by E-mail, FAX, or ordinary mail using the relevant format.
Conclusion of contract
A sales contract with a customer based on an order shall be deemed to have been concluded when Cloudot Inc. notifies the customer.
Your order will be considered canceled in any of the following cases.
1. In the case of bank transfer, if the transfer to the account designated by the affiliated bank cannot be confirmed by the designated date.
2. In the case of cash on delivery, if the customer refuses to receive the product from the delivery company designated by Cloudot Co., Ltd. or does not pay for the product.

Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item or product purchased from Cloudot Corporation, please contact Cloudot Corporation within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Items that meet the following conditions are not eligible for return or refund.
If the product is defective (but only if it is covered by the warranty), please return the defective product within 2 weeks (1 week for reusable items) from the date of delivery. (The shipping cost for returning the defective product shall be borne by the customer.) We will send you an identical product. We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases
1. Products that have been used once
2. Products that are scratched or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
3. Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
4. Products that have passed 2 weeks (1 week for reusable items) after delivery
